Quality Management Internship

As part of strengthening our Quality Department, we are looking for a motivated intern to support our continuous improvement efforts, contribute to the monitoring and optimization of internal procedures, and assist in the implementation of management and quality control tools.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis and optimization of internal procedures
- Contribute to the update and maintenance of the quality documentation system (procedures, templates, forms, etc.)
- Support the tracking of quality indicators and gap analysis
- Take part in the implementation of continuous improvement actions
- Conduct research on quality best practices in the consulting and training sectors
- Help promote a quality-oriented culture internally (through materials, presentations, tools, etc.)
Must Have
- Final-year student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, in Quality Management, Organizational Management, or Integrated Management Systems
- Ability to apply quality standards and follow strict procedures
- Capacity to interpret data, identify gaps, and propose improvements
- Clarity and precision in writing quality documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach while respecting guidelines
- Strong collaboration skills with different departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Motivation to learn and understand quality management systems in the consulting sector
