1. Consultant - Strategy and Business Development


  • Location: Tunis (with travel opportunities across Africa and MENA)
  • Description: We are looking for a strategic thinker who can help our clients develop robust business strategies and create long-term growth plans. This role involves working with senior leadership to assess client needs and provide actionable solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments
    • Develop business development strategies
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations
    • Lead workshops and client presentations

2. Venture Support Specialist


  • Location: Tunis
  • Description: As part of our Venture Support team, you’ll help early-stage startups refine their business models, prepare for fundraising, and accelerate their growth. This role requires a deep understanding of entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to entrepreneurs
    • Assist with business model development and market entry strategies
    • Organize and facilitate startup boot camps and training sessions
    • Help secure funding and investor connections for startups

3. Marketing & Communications Manager


  • Location: Tunis
  • Description: We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to oversee MedSirat’s marketing strategy, campaigns, and public relations. This role involves creating content, managing social media channels, and building the MedSirat brand across all markets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies
    • Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media channels
    • Craft press releases, blogs, and other content
    • Collaborate with internal teams to promote services

4. Project Manager - Training & Development


  • Location: Tunis (with travel opportunities across Africa and MENA)
  • Description: This position will involve managing our training and development programs, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and meet the needs of our clients. You will oversee the logistics, content, and success of our various training initiatives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the planning and execution of training programs
    • Collaborate with consultants to develop training materials
    • Monitor participant feedback and adjust programs accordingly
    • Ensure timely delivery of programs and services

5. HR & Talent Development Specialist


  • Location: Tunis
  • Description:  As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in recruiting top talent and developing our employees' careers. You’ll help MedSirat build an engaged, motivated, and productive team by creating strategies that support employee growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage recruitment processes
    • Develop talent management strategies
    • Oversee employee engagement and development programs
    • Provide HR support and counseling to staff
